Trigger partial deliveries
You can view your trade fair backlog at any time in our service tool . First, log in with your login details.
If the deliverable goods value is at least €200, we will automatically send a partial delivery of your backlog to you. We do not charge you any additional shipping costs for this partial delivery (exception: Switzerland).
Would you like to have the available products in your backlog now?
You can then release a partial delivery with a value of less than €200 and/or add products that are still available. There will be at least one additional package for us, so we will charge the shipping costs known to you per package (max. 23 kg).
Release partial delivery with addition
Add other available items using the "Add" button in our tool . You will find the button under the list of your order. For this order, we will calculate the shipping costs you know (max. 23 kg per package).
Release partial delivery without addition
If you do not want to add any further items and release the partial delivery of your order as listed below, click on “Partial Order/Partial Delivery”.
Then click on “Continue” to send your order to our order processing. You will then shortly receive an order confirmation of your partial delivery and a separate email with your backlog overview.
General Information
- Deleting or changing existing positions is not possible.
- If your order is less than €200, we check it manually on a regular basis.
