This is how you can make a complaint about something

Oh no! Did a product arrive damaged to you? We are very sorry! We put a lot of effort into packing the products carefully and using enough filling material. If something does have a tear or is even broken, you can register your complaint in our service tool.

1. Open our service tool.
2. Log in with your customer number or with the email address you registered with in the trade shop.
3. You will see all orders you have recently made through our trade shop or at one of the trade fairs. (For orders via an ordering platform (Orderchamp, Faire, Ankorstore), please submit the complaint directly there due to payment processing and refund.)
4. Please then select the products to be complained about and upload one photo per product. Only in this way can we create the appropriate credit for you. If an item is missing from your order, you can simply upload a photo of your delivery note.
5. For your overview, we will send you a copy of your complaint by email afterwards.
