Add trade fair order
We will explain to you here how easy it is to add your trade fair order to our service tool .
After you have visited our trade fair stand and chosen great products for your store, we will send you an overview of your order. It does not constitute acceptance of your offer to conclude a purchase contract. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we send you another email with the order confirmation and the expected delivery date.
You can use the link included in this email to confirm or add to your trade fair order using our service tool . This is possible up until the date you find in the email. Unfortunately, it is not possible to remove a product.
To change your order within 1 week of the trade fair:
- If you confirm this order, it will be processed and the order with the deliverable products will be sent to our warehouse for shipping. You will also receive an overview of your current trade fair backlog in a separate email.
- If you add to your order, you will immediately receive an overview of your changes by email and can make further additions up to the specified date.
Once the specified date has been reached, the order will be processed.
It may well be that you have some wonderful products in your order that are not yet available for delivery. So that these products can be shipped to you as quickly as possible, we have refined and automated the process.
There are now 2 options:
1. You can now trigger a partial delivery at any time. Please have a look at our article " Triggering a partial delivery ".
2. If the deliverable goods value is at least €200, we will automatically send you a partial delivery of your backlog. You don't have to do anything for this.
Please note: We reserve the right to clear your trade fair backlog if fewer than 5 items remain in the order or the goods value is less than €200. In this case, we will contact you individually to arrange an arrangement.
