Order

I forgot something. Can I add to my order afterwards?

Did you forget something? Don't worry, for such moments we have introduced a practical solution:

Within 3 hours after you have placed your order, you can easily add to your order afterwards yourself via our service tool!

Can I create a backlog with you?

No, unfortunately you cannot create a backlog with us in the B2B shop. Here you can only fill your shopping cart with our wonderful available items.

🖤 Little insider tip: At the trade fair, we are happy to create a backlog for you as an exclusive trade fair bonus.

Will my shopping cart be saved?

Yes and no - that usually actually depends on your browser. Based on our experience, we would say that your shopping cart is not saved for a certain period of time. The products in your shopping cart are also not reserved.

Is Eulenschnitt also represented on B2B platforms?

Shipping

How much shipping cost will I have to pay?

For an order value up to €1,500, shipping within Germany costs €6.90 per package up to approx. 23kg.

For an order value over €1,500, your order is shipped free of charge within Germany.

International shipping: If you want your order delivered abroad, shipping for a package up to approx. 23kg costs:

€13.50 to Austria,

€15.00 to the Netherlands & Belgium,

€17.00 to France & Italy

€25.00 to Switzerland.

Where can I find my delivery note?

Your delivery note is always in your package. You will not receive it by email.

Payment & Invoice

Where do I file my divergent billing correspondence?

We are happy to store a different email address for invoices/reminders in your customer account.

We are happy to set up a SEPA business direct debit mandate for you.🖤

Complaint

My product is damaged. What do I have to do?

Oh no! Did a product arrive damaged to you? We are very sorry! We put a lot of effort into packing the products carefully and using enough filling material. If something does have a tear or is even broken, you can register your complaint in our service tool.

How do I redeem my credit?

You can deduct/offset your credit note against your next outstanding item.

Simply subtract the amount of your credit note from your invoice amount and pay your invoice as usual. To help our accounting department assign it correctly, please include the credit note number "GU-XXXXX" in your payment reference.

You are also welcome to deduct multiple credit notes from one invoice.

In the case of a SEPA mandate, we will offset your credit note against your next outstanding item.

Where can I find EAN codes and other product information?

You can find the product information for all our wonderful products within our Excel article master data list.

So that you can use all the master data for our articles in your system, you can find here all the information in a table for download. Article master data Eulenschnitt

Do you have product images that I can use?

We are happy to provide you with our product images for your shop! 🖤

Click HERE to be directed straight to our product image database. You are welcome to use the images while respecting copyright. Please link to us and the photographer on the images; you can find the name in the file naming. At the end of the file name, there is, for example, in some cases, an Instagram name that must be mentioned (because the photo was taken by a blogger). If nothing is there, the photo is from us and only Eulenschnitt needs to be mentioned.

My desired item is not available. What can I do?

Oh no! Please excuse that your desired item is currently unfortunately out of stock. ☹️

Our producers are always very diligent, so it will certainly be available again soon.

In the meantime, you are welcome to put yourself on the waiting list for the respective item so that you receive a notification as soon as the item is back. 🖤

At which trade fairs can you be found?

We are present twice a year with our wonderful sales booth at Nordstil in Hamburg and at Trendset in Munich.
