It's that simple:
1. Place order: You send your order as usual through our trade shop.
2. Receive confirmation of receipt: After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by email.
3. Link for editing: In this confirmation of receipt you will now find a link to edit your order.
4. Edit the order: The link takes you to our tool, which you may already know from a complaint. Here you can supplement your order as you wish within 3 hours.
5. Receive final order confirmation: After you have made your additions, you can submit the order and receive a final order confirmation as usual.
Please note:
- The link for order processing is only valid for a period of 3 hours after submitting your order.
- After this period expires, the order will be processed automatically and can no longer be adjusted.
