Return – Do you want to return one or more products?
You can always exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods! Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging, clean, and unused if possible. Please send us a short email so that we can register the return at the warehouse and send you all further information!
Damaged product
Did you receive a product that is damaged?
In rare cases, it may happen that you receive a defective product. Please contact us then with a photo of the damage or the error at hilfe@eulenschnitt.com, then we can quickly get an idea of it and offer you a replacement.
